maybe you can find a nice bumper there. i think that would be easier and cheaper for you than ordering a bumper in germany, because even

there are also spare parts shops at the net where you can submit your request for an original fiat seicento sporting replacement/spare part

it shouldn`t be so difficult to get you a nice bumper for your blue flash.
